2010 CCIA Seed Prices

This page shows the Price Components used to determine the NDAES Registered and Certified seed prices for CCIA increases grown during the 2009 growing season.  Seed Prices established for the new varieties under Seed Increase Agreements with the County Crop Improvement Associations that will be offered for sale for the 2010 growing season are shown at the bottom.

Beginning in 1998, the Association fee will be based on Registered bulk price when the selling price is established.
Based upon NDCISA By-Laws and current resolutions, the Association fee is set at approximately 10% of the Registered bulk price.
Cost of Production and Estimated Year-end Minneapolis Cash Grain Market Price is based upon projections made by NDSU Extension Ag Economists at the time of the pricing committee meeting.
