2012 CCIA Seed Prices NDCISA
County Increase Registered class DECADE HRWW seed prices
- There is no set price for Registered class seed of Decade. Association
and contracted producer can set their own price and can also downgrade to the
certified class. The Association Fee and Research Fee/Royalty will be
collected as indicated below:
- $1.15 Association Fee (will be collected by NDCISA and divided
between County association and State association on bushels sold as seed or
planted by increase grower)
- $0.30 Research Fee (will be collected by State Seed Dept. on
bushels sold as seed)
This page shows the
Price Components used to determine the NDAES Registered and Certified seed
prices for CCIA increases grown during the 2011 growing season. Seed
Prices established for the new varieties under Seed Increase Agreements with the
County Crop Improvement Associations that will be offered for sale for the 2012 growing season are shown at the bottom.

Beginning in 1998, the Association fee will be
based on Registered bulk price when the selling price is established. |

Based upon NDCISA By-Laws and current
resolutions, the Association fee is set at approximately 10% of the Registered bulk
price. |

Cost of Production and Estimated Year-end
Minneapolis Cash Grain Market Price is based upon projections made by NDSU
Extension Ag Economists at the time of the pricing committee meeting. |
